To access the Formulator, you will need to log into a Google account.

Don’t have one? No worries, just go to Google.com > Sign In > Create Account.

Once you’re signed in, click the link in your receipt email.

IMPORTANT: Only open the link once. Once you’ve created your personal formulator link, it can be found in your Google Sheets: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/

How to Access:

ACCESS FROM A MOBILE DEVICE: After clicking the link, click the 3 dots on the top right, then click “share & export” then “make a copy.” (make sure you have the Google Sheets app!)

ACCESS FROM A DESKTOP: After clicking the link, you will be prompted with a page titled “Copy document”. Click the blue “Make a copy” button.

After, you will have full access to the Formulator!
